The Wonderful World of Sparkle Girl & Doobins takes you to a place where magic is the norm for a loving family—a place where there is always a choice between magic milk and regular milk.
Sparkle Girl and her brother Doobins find magic stored in the Marvels, which look like marbles lit from the inside, at Mr. Chundy’s Magic Mart. They find it at the lake that offers up cheese puffs and asparagus when they go fishing for their lunch with their friend, Jerome the giraffe. It comes in the sweet-dream machine that their friend Bonnie brings all the way from Scotland. It appears in the good-night kiss that flies out the window but is brought back by the fairies who have added a little something extra. Or it happens at the afternoon tea when they are joined by the Man in the Moon, where they eat Moon Pies along with their scones and cucumber sandwiches.
