Bookmarks presents A Movable Feast

Back by popular demand, Bookmarks will present their 5th Annual Movable Feast featuring 25 authors from across the country. Every table will hear from 10 authors for 10 minutes each. Opportunities for informal discussion with all the authors will begin at 2 p.m. and will also follow the Movable Feast at 5 p.m., along with book sales and book signings. Light refreshments and Raffaldini Wine will be served.  

Quinn Dalton
Quinn Dalton was born in South Carolina, moved to Ohio for high school and college at Kent State, then came back to the South for an MFA at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Over the years, she has sold cameras, ladies shoes, water filters, antiques, her wedding dress and an old van. She’s worked as a waiter, bartender, fundraiser, teacher, freelance writer and spindoctor, all of which continue to be a good source of material.  MIdnight Bowling is her most recent novel.

Julia Franks
Julia has roots in the Appalachian Mountains and has spent years kayaking the rivers and creeks of Tennessee, North Carolina, and West Virginia. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where she teaches and runs Loose Canon, a web service fostering free-choice reading in the classroom.  Over the Plain Houses is her critically acclaimed debut novel.
