Malcolm Campbell

Malcolm CampbellMalcolm Campbell is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, and author of Play Hard Rest Easy: Carolinas & Georgia. Before founding Walkabout Press in 2000, he worked as an advertising account executive, ad copywriter, travel marketing director, and senior editor for Selling Power, a national business magazine for which he profiled such people as former General Electric CEO Jack Welch; America Online Chairman Steve Case; and professional golfer Mark O’Meara. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Lauren, his three young sons, and Bird, the family dog, whose ability to snore through the most-stressful publishing deadlines is awe-inspiring and, perhaps, instructive.
