He is also an agent and principal stockholder with Cochran Sports Management and the founder of Scoring for Life!, a motivational speaking ministry. Smith received his Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame University Law School and his undergraduate degree from Tuskegee University. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
