Maurice Stanley

Maurice Stanley, a Western North Carolina native, holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from UNC Chapel Hill and is a retired lecturer of philosophy and religion at UNC Wilmington. He is the author of the textbook Logic and Controversy and the historical novels The Legend of Nance Dude, Midwinter, and Sorrows End.
