Lighthouses have always fascinated people.  In this collection, Sheryl Monks gathers 15 tales about the ghostly inhabitants of some of America's most haunted beacons along the eastern seaboard.  The stories include Sequin Island Light in Maine, where the eerie sound of piano music can be heard drifting across the harbor; Bird Island Lighthouse in Massachusetts, which was cursed by a pirate light keeper and is now haunted by the wife he murdered there; and the St. Augustine Lighthouse in Florida, where two young sisters who drowned during its construction still play pranks on visitors.
